Discoveries: The main thing is that--starting tomorrow there'll be an all-day fest of music...

1. https://www.livefromourlivingrooms.com/ tells you what you need to know. Click the "Lineup" link to who's doing what when--& then donate!

2. Since the Durham Jazz Workshop/Sharp Nine will be closed through May, donate to them too!

3. I highly recommend watching pianist Emmet Cohen & his trio at
https://www.facebook.com/pg/heyemmet/videos/?ref=page_internal: I watched his 3/23 gig & will watch his 3/30 gig sometime today. He's just a solid player.

4. I still haven't figured out how to contribute to many musicians performing online: E.g., Emmet C said something on his 3/23 gig about going to his website, but I couldn't find anything. If I do, for him or anyone else trying to make us happier, I'll let you know here.

Take care. Stay safe. Indulge musically.

Discovery: Local jazz fan & reader of this blog Kim Dawson alerted me to something I didn't know for yesterday's blog:

https://www.facebook.com/heyemmet/: Fine pianist Emmet Cohen's trio live at 7:30p  tonight. Well worth a listen. And, what else do you have to do?

Discovery: Lots more live jazz online, with WBGO.org's Livestream Hub the best info source. Here are both prior performance & those to come...

Already online:

https://www.facebook.com/fredherschmusic: Just hit the Video link & you'll see his daily tune, broadcast live at 1p. I watch every day!

https://www.facebook.com/yokomiwapiano: Checked out this fine Boston-based pianist this morning. Her prior perfs are Post-ed her Facebook; you can find her Fri-Sat 9p perfs there too.

https://www.facebook.com/nationaljazzmuseum/videos/216772606071986/: I highly recommend the perf of harpist Brandee Younger & bassist Dezron Douglas over coffee Friday morning.

Coming Attractions:

https://www.facebook.com/fredherschmusic: Don't forget, every day at 1p!

https://www.facebook.com/miguelzenon/: Do not miss Zenon, either at 3p today live or later on his Faceook page!

https://www.facebook.com/38057672329/posts/10156819264957330/?sfnsn=mo: Jane Bunnett & Maqueque bring you lively Cuban jazz 4p Monday 3/30.

Take care. Stay safe. Indulge musically.
