1. Putting mellow jazz CDs on while four grandchildren & their parents visit both assuages the lack of live jazz & reinforces quiet times during the week.
2. There are still tickets left for the Kobie Watkins Experience 9p 7/22 Sharp Nine show. The "Experience" includes singer Autumn Rainey, guest artist Branford Marsalis, pianist Sean Mason (soon to leave for Juilliard), & bassist Jason Foureman. This is as good a local all-star group as you'll find.
This Week: Kinda an average week?
